Fixed blades are installed inside so that it can reduce pressure loss caused by 90o change of air current in angled duct elbow and air current can be turned without disturbance.
Blades are made of zinc galvanized steel sheet curved 2 times so that it can maintain regular air current and regular air current at elbow, which prevent loss caused by change of speed and reduce friction loss.
Blades, they are strong and so no additional supplement is needed and blades and rail are supplied with the length of 6', which can be used on the site after cutting necessary length and assembling them.
For assembly, special tool is not needed and it is enough to fix assembled unit to duct by screw or rivet. In case diameter of duct is more than 750mm, large size of vane is used and in case diameter is less than 750mm, small size of vane is used.
Air duct accessories include extractor and split damper.
